The Laughing Cow Cheese and Ham Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 4 wedges The Laughing Cow cheese
- 4 slices smoked ham
- 1 carrot, julienned
- ¼ cucumber, julienned
- 125 ml (½ cup) iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh chives, chopped
Method
- Spread a layer of The Laughing Cow cheese on each tortilla.
- Top with ham, carrot, cucumber, lettuce and chives. Roll up tightly. Cut into rounds.
