The Laughing Cow aims to support Food Banks Canada in the fight against food insecurity across the country.

A mission begins!

In 2023, The Laughing Cow made a significant donation to Food Banks Canada, marking the beginning of an important partnership. This year, The Laughing Cow extended its commitment by supporting After the Bell, a program that addresses food insecurity during the summer months, when school-based meal programs are no longer available. In addition to supporting Food Banks Canada, Group Bel Canada, The Laughing Cow's parent company, also provides surplus products directly to local food banks.

For a Canada where everyone can eat their fill

In 2024, The Laughing Cow aims to provide 100,000 meals to Canadians in need and has created a special limited-edition packaging to celebrate its partnership with Food Banks Canada. These products will be available in grocery stores across the country. Additionally, this large-scale campaign will be supported by several in-store and social media activations.

The Laughing Cow strives to make a local impact... all across the world. With a presence in over 120 countries, the company takes the time to understand the specific needs of each population it serves in the fight against food insecurity. Since 2013, Group Bel Canada has launched Sharing Cities, a program designed to complement traditional marketing channels with alternative distribution networks. This program is rooted in local purchasing practices, while improving the quality of life for the vendors involved in the project.
