- English cucumber, 2 thick slices
- 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow® Light cheese
- Chives, thinly sliced
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Put one wedge of The Laughing Cow® Light cheese on each cucumber slice.
- Sprinkle with sliced chives and pepper.
